  • Tax, Trusta & Estates lateral partners or senior counsels with at least $750K in portable business for San Diego, Chicago
  • Employment & Labor, ERISA lateral partners with at least $1 million in portable business for San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago
  • HealthCare Regulatory lateral partners with at least $1.25 million in portable business for DC

  • General Counsel for a manufacturer in the Northeast.  Need 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with 4+ years in-house.  Experience managing direct reports is a must.  Small but growing internal group.  Solid foundation in general transactions, M&A, joint ventures, securities, and litigation management is a must.  Ideal candidate will be equipped to deal with a diverse array of legal issues and will have demonstrated career progression and employment stability.

  • IP (Chem/Bio) Litigation associates with 2-5 years experience for San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, San Diego (Top 30 schools, excellent grades preferred)
  • Bankruptcy, Restructuring associates with 4-6 years experience for Dallas, Chicago, New York (Top 30 Schools, excellent grades preferred)
  • Labor & Employment associates with 2-5 years experience for Chicago, New York, Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles (Top 20 Schools, excellent grades preferred)
  • International Law & Corporate associates (multilingual) with 2-4 years experience for London, New York, San Francisco, Miami (Top 20 Schools & fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, or Spanish  preferred)
  • ERISA, Employee Benefits & Compensation associates for Chicaho, New York, Sanfrancisco Bay Area (Top 30 schools, excellent grades preferred)

Another important distinction is that we work directly with the decision makers (i.e. partners, managing counsels, etc.) that make the determinations regarding who will be interviewed, who will be extended an offer, etc.

The exception to the above noted comments pertaining to "recent graduates and law students" would be for Patent Agents or Patent Attorneys with engineering and/or scientific backgrounds that have patent experience.
